  1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term "Reward" is defined as: one (1) fifty dollar ($50) Live Event Credit.
  2.  The Reward will be delivered as a “Reward Code” to be redeemed at wex-sunoco50.thetixfix.com towards a minimum of two (2) tickets.
  3. In order for a “Customer” to be eligible to receive a Reward, Customer must:
    1. Receive an email from WEX outlining the promotion.
    2. Submit an online Application Form, where Customer must enter name, postal code and email address within before February 28, 2026 (“Application Form”).
    3. Be a legal resident of the U.S.
    4. Be over the age of 18 years.
  4. This promotion begins on August 14, 2025 at 12:01 AM ET and ends on November 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET.
  5. Customers must redeem their Reward no later than 11:59 PM PT on February 28, 2026.
  6. Reward can be redeemed online through a mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
  7. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to participate.
  8. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  9. Offer valid to residents of the U.S. only.
  10. Reward is subject to promotional availability and available while supplies last.
  11. Reward is void if transferred, sold, auctioned, photocopied or otherwise altered and where prohibited or restricted by law.

  13. Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offers or discounts.
  14. Reward cannot be stacked.
  15. The Reward provided must be used in one transaction to purchase a minimum of two (2) tickets.
  16. The use of the TheTixFix.com website and the content is used at the Customer's own risk.
  17. The Reward may only be applied to the tickets sold on TheTixFix.com before the expiration date on 2/28/2026. Reward cannot be applied to any purchases after the expiration date or not in the TheTixFix.com then current inventory. The Released Parties do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific event tickets in TheTixFix.com inventory at the time of Reward redemption.
  18. Each stadium, venue, etc. may have its own terms and conditions in addition to the terms of this Reward, which will be binding upon choice of event. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to comply with these terms and conditions.
  19. By participating in this promotion, you understand that tickets purchased through TheTixFix.com include their own Terms and Conditions that must be accepted prior to purchasing. The Terms and Conditions include, but are not limited to, COVID-19 related event cancellations and postponement. To assure fans’ safety during these uncertain times, all tickets are subject to restrictions and requirements put in place by venues, teams, or government authorities as it pertains to proof of COVID-19 vaccination, proof of negative COVID-19 test, social distancing, wearing personal protective gear, age restrictions, or similar measures. If you cannot attend the event due to your failure or inability to comply with such requirements, you will not receive a refund. If the event is held without fans or reasonably similar seats are not available, you will receive a refund as if the event was cancelled.
  20. Failure to appear at the venue/stadium at the posted time of the event may result in the event being closed to admittance. Under these circumstances, the Reward shall be considered redeemed, and the ticket may be voided for use. Further, specific venues may have to reschedule certain events and may do so in their sole discretion. In the event of such instance the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any ticket refunds or future use. All issues related to cancellation or rescheduling of any event are the sole responsibility of the specific venue. In all instances the Customer shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees required for entry.
  21. Valid credit card will be required to pay any amount that exceeds the Reward.
  22. No exchange of the Reward is permitted under any circumstance.
  23. Reward has no monetary value. Reward is not transferable, transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
  24. No credit, refund or extension for any unused Reward will be provided.
  25. The Reward is issued by the Promoter located at 60 Hudson Street, Suite 1809, New York, NY 10013, or at such other address as the Promoter may advise in writing. No inquiry or notice will be validly received by the Promoter unless mailed to the Promoter's address above by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
  26. Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time during the term thereof. It shall be the Customer's sole obligation to check the Terms and Conditions during the Promotion and when the Customer redeems the Reward.
  27. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to replace the Reward with another of equal or higher value.
  28. For the purpose of the Reward, "Released Parties" includes the Promoter, TheTixFix.com, WEX Inc., Sunoco LP and their respective parents, affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, agents, distributors and vendors.
  29. Released Parties cannot be held responsible for any disagreements concerning availability and quality of Reward. Any dispute must be settled directly with TheTixFix.com.
  30. Released Parties shall not be liable for lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable Reward Codes and will not issue or replace Reward in any of these events.
  31. The recipient of the Reward must follow the instructions provided by the Promoter, TheTixFix.com, WEX Inc., and Sunoco LP. Failure to comply with the instructions or any other directives made in conjunction with the Reward may result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result in cancellation and/or a charge for the Reward. Under these circumstances, Reward shall be considered redeemed and participant shall be solely responsible for any costs or fees incurred as a result of their noncompliance.
